Scott Hancock

Scott’s first experience with Center Stage was in the summer of 1997 when he appeared in Fiddler on the Roof. After a several year hiatus, Scott returned to Center Stage as the director of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat for the summer of 2013. Scott also directed 2014’s The Music Man, 2015’s Mary Poppins, and 2016’s Beauty and the Beast. Scott joined the board of directors in 2013.

A freelance musician and social media marketing coach, Scott holds his degree in Theater Arts from Fresno State University. At CSUF, he frequently works as musical director and conductor, most recently for Assassins, Urinetown, and Into the Woods.

A Bay Area native, Scott has called the Central Valley home for more than 40 years.
